Cancellation policy

Off-Peak Period (throughout any year other than for the periods Mention Below)

Dalada perahara period (Applicable only for skyloft Kandy by Aaradhya) & 20th December – 7th January

Cancellation made 5 days prior to arrival date will not be charged a cancellation fee and the payment will be refunded.

Cancellation made after 10 days to arrival date / time, cancellations made upon arrival or no show will be charged the full reservation amount.

Peak Period- Applicable period from Dalada perahara period (Applicable only for skyloft Kandy by Aaradhya) & 20th December – 7th January

Cancellation made 15 days prior to arrival date will not be charged a cancellation fee and the payment will be refunded.

Cancellation made after 15 days to arrival date / time, cancellations made upon arrival or no show will be charged the full reservation amount.

Cancellation Policy for amended bookings

The cancellation policy will be applicable to the original date of arrival and not to the extended date of arrival. If the date of arrival is brought forward, the cancellation policy will be applicable to the original date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy for Special Offers

Any cancellation made on the Special Offers Bookings are non-refundable.

Group Bookings

For all group reservations (reservations over 05 rooms) a non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. If any adjustments for the arrival / departure dates are required after confirmation, this will be handled on a case by case basis.

Compulsory Stay-Over Supplements

Please note that the compulsory stay over supplement on dalada perahara season (Applicable only for skyloft Kandy by Aaradhya) & 24th, 25th December and 31st December will be included to the room rate of your reservation for both USD and LKR rates.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-in time is from 2.00 PM (14:00 hrs.) onwards and Check-out time is 12.00 noon.

Early Check-in

Early arrivals will be on availability and needs to be informed at time of reservation. Arrivals earlier than 10:00 AM will be charged a 50% of the room rate and will only be on availability.

Early arrivals ahead of 6:00 AM will be charged an extra night’s rate and will be confirmed in advance if requested.

Late Departure

Late departure up to 2:30 PM will be on availability and needs to be informed at the time of arrival.

Late departure up to 6:00 PM can be arranged at a 50% of the room rate and will only be offered on availability.

Late departures beyond 6:00 PM will be charged as an extra night and will be confirmed in advance.

Child Policy

Children between 0-5 years will be accommodated in the parents/adults room free of charge.

Children between 5-12 years will be charged a child supplement. The child supplement will be offered a maximum of one extra bed per room.

Extra Bed

Extra beds can only be arranged for a double room (except for family rooms)

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1 (except for family rooms)

Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1 (except for family rooms)

Pet Policy

No pets allowed

Silence hours policy

To respect the privacy of other guests and our neighbors, no outside music is permitted on the premises & hotel Quite hours begin at 22.30 hrs.

Alcohol consumption policy

Alcohol will only be served or permitted for consumption to guests who are 18 years of age or older, in accordance with local laws and regulations. Valid identification may be requested to verify age.

Usage of outsourced liquor (Applicable only for Skyloft Kandy by Aaradhya)

The consumption of alcohol brought from outside the hotel is strictly prohibited in all public areas, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and poolside spaces. Guests are kindly requested to enjoy alcoholic beverages purchased through the hotel’s licensed outlets only.

Swimming pool usage policy (applicable for skyloft Kandy by Aaradhya & Aaradhya Madu Ganga)

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you observe the following swimming pool guidelines:

Parental Supervision- Children and guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while in the swimming pool area.

Appropriate Swimwear- Guests are required to wear appropriate swimwear when using the pool. Swimwear made of cotton or other non-swim materials is not permitted. All swimwear must be suitable for public use and comply with general hygiene standards

Food & Beverages- For the safety and cleanliness of all guests, the consumption of food and beverages is strictly prohibited within the swimming pool area.

Pool Operational Hours- Use of the swimming pool outside the designated operational hours is strictly prohibited. For your safety, please refer to the posted pool hours and ensure all swimming activities are within this time frame.

Privacy Policy

You are entitled to correct or delete any information about you from our customer database.

No personal information will be disclosed to any outside party without written permission of the proprietor.
